13. Account Suspension & Termination

If a breach of these Terms is identified, eUSD reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and take appropriate action. Failure to comply may result in:

·       Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension or termination of your right to use the eUSD Website, products, or services.

·       Issuance of a formal warning.

·       Legal proceedings to seek reimbursement for all costs incurred as a result of the breach, including but not limited to reasonable administrative and legal fees.

14. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original transaction and will be processed at our discretion, provided that the transaction was not used for unlawful activities or in violation of these Terms.

 

Chargebacks may lead to account suspension and legal action.

 

Disputes must first be addressed with customer support; unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration in Hong Kong.

 

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong courts unless otherwise required by law.

 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and eUSD, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
