Apple Pay Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These are the terms and conditions for using Apple Pay with your eUSD account – for example, when you save your card to a ‘Wallet’ on your Apple device to make payments.

Please make sure you read these terms carefully, as you’ll need to accept them before you can use Apple Pay with your eUSD account.

You should read this document with the eUSD app terms and the terms for your account. All of these terms will apply when you use Apple Pay.

2. Third-party terms

When you use your eUSD card with Apple Pay, there may be other terms that apply – for example, Visa’s terms. Unless we give the meaning of a word in these terms, we’ll use the meaning given in the terms for your account, the eUSD app terms, or the Apple Pay and Wallet terms.

Apple Pay services are provided by Apple. We are not responsible for any issues, including fraud or malfunctions, related to Apple Pay or your Apple device.

Where you’ve agreed other terms with Apple – for example, terms relating to Apple Pay and Wallet services as well as use of your Apple device – these terms will also apply to your use of Apple Pay.

3. How does Apple Pay work?

You can link your eUSD card to Apple Pay by either turning on Apple Pay in the eUSD app or by adding the eUSD card to your Apple Wallet. After that, where the Apple Pay sign is shown, just follow the relevant instructions (which may include security features like Touch ID or entering a password). Please note that contactless payment limits may apply depending on the retailer and payment terminal used.
